The Flower Arranger is the full colour quarterly magazine of The National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies ( NAFAS ).

Flower arranging clubs and societies banded together as the National Association of Flower Arrangement Societies in 1959. The Association has since been a unifying and guiding mainstay to thousands of men, women and juniors whose love of flowers has opened up a whole new world of creativity. In 1984 NAFAS was granted charitable status in recognition of its education activities. With over 100,000 members, it ranks among the most notable specialised National Associations.

As a fellow member of WAFA we created ALPONA for NAFAS's Golden year.

Winter Flower Show 2010 is being organized at Agri Horticultural Society of India's lawn on 8, 9 & 10 January 2010 (1, Alipore Road,Kolkata - 700 027 ).

The inauguration of the show will be done by Cdre CS Azad, in-charge Naval Command, West Bengal at 3.30 pm on 8th January, and the prize distribution will be done by Sri B Bhattacharya, Chairman Tea Board, at 4 pm on 10th January, 2010.

There will be a photographic exhibition from 8 to 10th January.

Flower Arrangement Show will be there by Pushpa Bitan, from 8 to 10th January, 2010

Sit and Draw competition for the children aged between 6 and 16, will be held at 10 AM on 9th January, 2010.
